Tom Fahy, PhD
Tom Fahy, PhD, founded Leadership Resource Group, Inc. to work with
senior leaders and executive teams to foster results-driven organizations that are both financially successful and healthy places for the human spirit. His pragmatic approach to organizations and values-based leadership orientation develops clients and client systems more capable of sustained excellence in today’s highly competitive world. senior leaders facing tough challenges and to
deliver quality results on the promises he makes to clients.
He has worked extensively with executives and senior leadership teams in professional services firms and
organizations in a variety of industries including information technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals to
improve individual and organizational performance. He has held executive level HR and Talent Management positions in the information technology and financial services industries and has more than
fifteen years of experience as a member of senior leadership teams.
Tom is a faculty member for
The Costin Institute at Midwestern University and the Executive MBA and Tulane/ICESI Master of Management programs of the
Freeman School of Business of Tulane University. He served as a faculty member of the
Graduate School of Business at Loyola University Chicago (1994–2007) where he was formally recognized for excellence in teaching and contributions to the field.
He is a graduate of programs at the
Center for Creative Leadership and the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at
The Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is certified by
New Ventures West as an Integral Coach and holds a PhD in organization development from
Benedictine University where his dissertation research focused on the contribution of executive coaching to organizational change and senior leadership development. He is a graduate, with distinction, of the
INSEAD EMCCC Program specializing in Clinical Organizational Psychology.
